Section 106 Discussions

Work on a Section 106 Agreement begins during the preparation of a planning application where a draft ‘Heads of Terms’ is written so that all parties can appreciate what the applicant expects to deliver as part of the proposal.

We will then work alongside the legal teams in drafting acceptable provisions and ensure that the Section 106 works in tandem with the planning conditions to secure a fair and reasonable package of measures.
